I get emails every day from companies reminding me to review a product or service I recently consumed. They can be irritating but they are being sent for a reason. Most people don't share their successes.

It is not in our general nature to share the good. We can easily shout the bad, but when something goes as expected, when the server does their job, when the product arrives as advertised, we don't tend to take the time to tell the world.

Yet we all use reviews and feedback from others when deciding whether or not to pull the trigger on a new product or service.

Anyway, I realized the other day that we have thousands of happy customers and supporters of Metalcloak, and even more that appreciate the work we do in product development, customer service and programs like ModernJeeper... but we only have a couple dozen reviews on Google and not nearly enough reviews on our products.

So... time to start sending those reminders. 🤩
