What exactly is an off road dad? At my CrossFit Gym, this Saturday is Dad Day and we are supposed to dress up for a prize... but their idea of dressing like a dad is knee high socks, orthopedic shoes, bad shorts, fanny pack, etc...

That ain't no dad I know... and that ain't an Off Road Dad!
