Across the country, Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) programs exist to help develop and maintain trails that allow for the passage of any vehicle that cares to drive on that trail.
Not all OHV trails are meant for big built Rock Crawlers or well build Rock Landers.
Some are simply access roads for hunters.
Some are simply trails to get to a Hikers trailhead.
Some gain you access to an epic Mountain Bike slope.
Some help families find the perfect spot for a weekend Camping trip.
If you use dirt roads... if you take your vehicle off the paved road, you are a user of the area's OHV programs.
You are a beneficiary of the hard work put in by individuals, clubs and organizations around the region to create and maintain an affective OHV program despite all pressures by others to shut it down.
Hunters. Mountain Bikers. Snow Boarders. Backpackers. Campers. Rock Climbers. Star Gazers. Bird Watchers. -- OHV-ers all.
Take a moment to remind them. It helps.
