It's leaner then traditional bacon with an incredible taste.   FOR PERSONAL PROTECTION:  I met a survival trainer once who was adamant that when the shit hits the fan, it's not going to be your ability to live off the land that will make a difference. It will be how well you survive the first 48 hours. Tools like this belt buckle were his go to for surprise personal protection.
