Just a quick note to say Thank You!
Since we moved operations to Northern California in January 2009 we have been Blessed with the amazing support of friends like you.
That support meant expansion and that meant the need to move. Year after year we added space until in 2013 we moved into the former home of Rubicon Express and thought that 45,000 sq ft would serve us for a long time. (Facebook Video)
We were wrong.
So, in June of this year we acquired a 70,000 sq ft building about 2 miles from our current location in Rancho Cordova, California.
Over the last several months we have been doing improvements on the space to maximize our production efficiency, inventory storage capabilities and, ultimately, better serve you, our awesome customers.
This week marked a significant milestone in that journey when we officially announced the move on FB and started answering phones at the new facility.
I just wanted to thank you again for your continued support. The talented men and women we employ are truly grateful for each and every one of you - and we shall never take your support of Metalcloak for granted.
God Bless,

Saturday, September 2, 2017You work hard, care for some Free Shipping? (Harvey Relief Tour Info, too)
Well, my friends, there is a lot to go over in this email. As you know, many of our friends were hit hard by Hurricane Harvey.
And many members of the awesome Jeep community have been working tirelessly to save lives and help others recover during this time of need.
So, while many of us will be enjoying time with family and friends this weekend -- many more will be selflessly working help those most devastated by Harvey.
In an small effort to help, the #CTITour2017 is now the Harvey Relief Tour. Starting this weekend at Sheriff's Jeep Fest and going all next week as Corey travels from Georgia to Colorado, every #CTITour stop will be a fundraising effort for Hurricane Harvey Relief.
As you know, doing CTI's and getting your suspension tested on the flex trailer has always been a free service we provide.
But, for the next 9 days, we are asking you to provide a donation of any amount for your CTI.
This is a chance to turn an opportunity to meet many of you, into an opportunity to help so many more.
So, please, see below for the full schedule and make the trip to join us. We look forward to sharing some time with you.
ALSO... not to miss out... this weekend is the return of the Labor Day Free Shipping Sale (see below for details).

Tuesday, May 30, 2017NEW! Lock-N-Load Long Arm Compound Suspension System for the JK Wrangler
Since introducing our first Game-Changer suspension in 2011, we've been
fortunate to gain customer confidence with quality products that deliver
what we promise.
From our Patent Pending Duroflex Joints to our Signature True Dual Rate Coils to our Patented 6Paks Shocks and Lock-n-Load Control Arms, we've worked hard to engineer new solutions for old problems. While our Game-Changer suspensions are still one of the best solutions around and the Patent Pending DB3 Rear Correction Bracket allowed us to create the first 5.5" Bolt-On Suspension with incredible handling characteristics for the JK Wrangler, our customers kept asking for more options. And that included the question: "When are you doing a long arm?" The answer is NOW. Introducing the Lock-N-Load Long Arm Compound Suspension System for the JK Wrangler (2007 - 2017). Watch the facebook sneak pic video here. Available in both 4.5" and 5.5" kits, this unique system features:
![]() Lock-N-Load Long Arm Compound Suspension, 6Pak Edition And while it requires removing your upper front control arm brackets, the rest of the system is totally bolt-on. We call this kit a "Compound System" because it utilized Lock-N-Load Radius Arms in the front and our DB3 Correction Bracket with our Duroflex Control Arms in the rear. This provides all the clearance you need, with incredible ride quality, and massive flex. Learn more about the Lock-N-Load and the DB3 Correction Bracket with the videos below... And you can learn more about the Lock-N-Load Long Arm Compound Suspension System on our website at Metalcloak.com As always, we appreciate your questions and feedback. Tuesday, February 21, 2017NEW Overline Flare Options for the JK Wrangler
Since introducing the world's first removable tube fender flares back in 2006 with the original Arched Tube Fender for the TJ Wrangler, not only did we create hi-line clearance without cutting your hood, we also created a unique opportunity for customers to "change it up" by choosing different size flares or removing the flares all together.
When we introduced the Overline Fenders for the JK Wrangler, the focus was, once again, on clearance... allowing 37" tires to run on a Stock JK with no lift. Originally set up with an 8" flare that was 1" wider then stock, the Overlines were also the strongest fenders in the JK Market with our unique ExoSkin mounting system for the rear flare. But, while we had multiple flare options for the TJ, YJ and CJ owners, we only had one for the JK. Well, no longer... Introducing the new Narrow, Standard and Wide flare options for the JK Wrangler Overline Fender System from Metalcloak. ![]() The Narrow fenders measure 6" in the front and 4" in the rear. ![]() Standard flares measure 8" in the front and 6" in the rear. ![]() Wide flares measure 10" in the front and 8" in the rear. And each one attaches with just a couple bolts using our unique ball lock joint system that creates a solid piece a 250lb man can jump up and down on. On top of our one piece Overland fenders and the budget friendly Hardline Fender System, Metalcloak now has more options for your Jeep JK Wrangler. As always, your feedback is welcome and appreciated.
