A single piece design, the Hardline Fenders are not your typical tube fender... the engineering behind the fit and fitment is a thing of beauty.
Designed to have the most precise fit of any fender on the market today, the Hardlines feature our signature tangent tube design along with the unique and difficult to produce radius bend.
The marker lights are nicely tucked away.

RockSport Long Travel Shocks... Exclusively From Metalcloak
Metalcloak is excited to introduce the RockSport Long Travel Shocks...
Metalcloak's engineers worked closely with the manufacturer to develop a precision designed shock that met all our specifications.
In the design of our suspension systems, we pay close attention to the relationship between coils and shocks. With our True Dual Rate Coils (video) it became important to have shocks that worked within our specs.
The 6Paks were our first development. Followed shortly by the incredible Off-the-Shelf Old Man Emu Nitrocharger Sports, and recently we added the BDS Valved Fox Shocks.
Now our customers have another, more budget friendly option, with the RockSport Long Travel Shocks.

NEW Duroflex Axle Side Bushing Kit...
MetalCloak's Duroflex bushings are designed to work in parallel with each other, but what about the upper control arm? What do you do on the axle side?
While factory Clevite bushings will work in conjunction with Duroflex bushings, they have a very limited range of performance.
Introducing the Duroflex Weld-On Bracket and Axle Bushing Kit for JK Wranglers...
The kit includes a press-in sleeve and bushing for the cast side and a weld on bracket and housing for the other side.
As a note, this kit is designed to ONLY work with the Metalcloak Duroflex Control Arms.
While factory Clevite bushings will work in conjunction with Duroflex bushings, they have a very limited range of performance.
