We're keeping busy here at Metalcloak, especially with the Lucas Oil Off Road Expo just over a week away! No matter what part of the country, or world, you live, if you haven't been to Off Road Expo in Pomona, California, it is worth the trek. Since Family Events took over a couple years ago, ORE has been growing again, with a Jeep-focused audience. Yes, there is something for every off road enthusiast, but the Jeep market is hot and we're all there with show specials to sell some goods.
Read on for some hints about new JK products on the horizon, bumper sales, and the famous (infamous) Pic of the Week.

BUT FIRST... NOR CAL ROCK RACING!
This weekend, about 5 minutes from our office, is the third and final round of the NorCal Rock Racing. If you think KOH is a spectacle, you should check out NorCal Rock Racing. As one KOH veteran famously put it, "nothing at KOH destroys your rig as much as NorCal does."
Held at Prairie City SVRA, NorCal Rock Racing has three classes, Street, Sportsman, and Pro. Pro is essentially Ultra4, and each of the racers is vying for one of NorCal's two (2) qualifying spots for KOH.
Sportsman represents Ultra4 Racing's relatively new Stock (4500) and Stock-Mod (4600) classes as well as any other modified rigs that want to participate.
Finally their's one of the coolest classes -- Street. Following a "drive it in, drive it out" philosophy, the street class has been dominated lately by a couple totally stock Cherokees! Definitely a spectator's sport!
BTW, your's truly will be running my first race in the newly rebuilt #4576 is the Stock Mod class. We'll let you know how it turns out.

We've had consistant requests for this new line and, hopefully, it doesn't disappoint. Keep an eye out for the announcement!
